I know it seem pricey compared to the gallon of cows milk at the store but read just a little about the benefits and you may want to give it a try. Recently, Dr. Oz was featured on Oprah. Among the many helpful tips he gave he had this to say about goat milk.

(homogenize the milk) And when you mix up fat globules, (as in cow milk) in some people it makes enzymes that irritate your stomach.”It looks like Dr. Oz is agreeing with what we have been telling people for years.
